Payment and Cancellation
- Prices are in US dollars; applicable sales tax, if any, is added to the invoice.
- Payment is arranged after you write through the contact form and confirm your appointment.
- To cancel, write through the contact form at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Refunds are returned to the same payment method within 7 business days.
- If we cancel or need to reschedule, you receive a full refund or a new appointment date of your choice.
- To reschedule, write to us at least 48 hours before the appointment; we propose new available dates within two business days.
- Carpet shampooing, upholstery deep cleaning, and exterior window washing above ground level are not included and are quoted separately on request.
